New Delhi. On Wednesday, the drug manufacturer Pfizer announced the Kovid-19 vaccine to be safe for children up to 12 years of age. Along with this, it was said that this vaccine is also 100 percent effective on children. Since this announcement, the possibility of giving vaccine to the children before going to school has also arisen. However, the big thing is that this vaccine of Pfizer will not be given to Indian children.

Pfizer said that according to preliminary data on research on 2,260 Americans aged 12 to 15 years, there were no reported cases of any of these children being infected with the Corona virus, who had taken full doses of the vaccine.

Indian Kovaxin Trial on Children

Dr. Arora says that by December 2021, a total of eight vaccines will be installed in India. At the same time, biotech covaccine trials are going on on children. Kovaccin doses are likely to be announced soon for children up to 12 years old. In such a situation, indigenous vaccine will be given to Indian children only.
